Classification of Angles
Hello! Today we are going to look at the concept of an angle and the types of angles. Angles are part of our daily life, some examples can be:
-Corners of a room: The corners of a room form right (90-degree) angles, which are important for furniture design, object layout and general construction.
-Clocks: Clocks show angles through the hands. For example, the hour hand.
-Directions and maps: Angles are used to indicate directions on a map. For example, when you are told to turn 45 degrees to the left, you are making a specific angle with respect to your current position.
Definition:
An angle is the portion of the plane between two ray lines that have a common origin. The ray lines are called sides and the common origin is the vertex.
